✴︎CONSULTATION POLICY✴︎
All NEW color clients must book a consultation. The consultation allows me to assess the color, health, integrity, density, and length of your hair. We will go over your color history up to 5+ years prior, brand usage, wash routine, styling routine, water filters, hair goals, maintenance, questions/concerns, and scheduling preferences.
You will be sent a questionnaire to your email asking you general hair history questions so we can get through the consultation quicker, you must fill out this form prior to your appointment. If you have not filled out this form 24 hours before your consultation, we will cancel your appointment.
Services cannot be booked to be done same day after the consultation. Everyone’s hair is different; density, length, integrity, and color starting point. After I meet you I schedule your appointment based on your personal needs and what fits my schedule best to accommodate you.
Please arrive early or on time to your consultation; these are 30 minute appointments where every minute is accounted for discussing your color history, goals, products, quote, and scheduling. My appointments are booked back to back, if your tardiness potentially runs into my next client you risk losing your appointment and we will have to respectfully reschedule.
Please come prepared with inspiration photos and even photos of examples of what you don’t like. Not every inspiration photo will have 100% what you’re looking to have done. You can absolutely show me different photos showcasing different things you like e.g. you like the tone in one photo, and the placement in a different photo, and the cut in this photo.
If you are happy with how the consultation went and would like to book there is a $100 deposit that goes towards your service total day of. This is nonrefundable.
✴︎CANCELLATION POLICY✴︎
Theory Salon requires a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation 48 hours notice is required.
If 48 hours notice is not given the card on file will be charged $50.
If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed will be charged to the card on file.
If your appointment is cancelled in LESS than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card will be charged for the full amount of the services booked. No shows and same day cancellations are included under this policy and will be charged for the full amount of the services booked.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
✴︎SALON POLICIES✴︎
We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we would love to make adjustments for you within 10 days of your original service!
We can not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.
Your color, keratin or extensions service will only be guaranteed if you invest in the recommended products directly from our salon. If you do not invest in the recommended products we can not perform any redo services complimentary.
Some complex or corrective color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.
No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair since box color has an inconsistent nature.
Please note our 48 hour cancellation policy, we do require a 48 notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
$100 deposit is required to secure your first color appointment and is non-refundable.
We are proud to now be a Green Circle Certified Salon! To help us recycle 95% of all salon waste, there will be a $3 ECO Fee on your ticket. Thank you for being a part of this movement with us!
